LK Instant Domain Registration Terms

To request, LK Domain Name under the Instant Domain Registration Service you must agree following terms of LK Domain Registry

The party submitting domain name registrations shall ensure that each domain name is registered only for a legitimate purpose, and should not mislead the public or be offensive to any person or group
Domain name requests submitted should be compliant with the Domain Name Registration Policy at https://www.domains.lk/domain-registration-policy/ or any amendment to it
All details submitted with a registration should be thoroughly reviewed for accuracy before submission to the LK Domain Registry.
All domain names registered will go through a post verification process within 7 days. If any submission is found to be inaccurate or incomplete, the domain name may be suspended.
The Registry may request for additional details & documents in the post verification process.
If any such additional details &/or documents are not submitted within 7 days or the submissions are not acceptable to the Registry, the domain name may be deregistered.
The LK Domain Registry retains full authority and discretion to approve or reject any domain name registration request. The Registry's decision shall be final and binding.
In the event you do not comply with these terms and conditions or fail to meet the required standards of compliance and due diligence, the LK Domain Registry reserves the right to disable the Instant Registration Service at any time, with or without prior notice or consent.
