Here are our grace period offerings for service renewals.
LK Domains
If your domain expired after 12 of March and before 15th of April, you are given 60 days to renew the domain. The domains will start suspending when they reachers 60 days from expiray date.
If your domain expired after 15th of April, you are given with 30 days grace period ( the site will work without any interruption), after 30 days, your site will start showing expired messages but still, the domain will available to renew for next 30 days.
Hosting Renewals
If you're hosting due after 12 of March and before 15th of April you are given 60 days to renew the domain. The hosting will start suspending when they reachers 60 days from expiray date.
If your hosting due after 15th of April, you are given with 30 days grace period to renew your hosting.
Also, customers those who made a payment on time will get 15% bonus within the next 4 weeks time.
