Dear Customer,
Please note that as this server is running an older version of OS (Cent OS 7) which is no longer receiving software updates.
As a pre-requisite for the OS upgrade, the administrators are upgrading the MySQL server from version MariaDB Version 10.1 to MariaDB 10.6
Administrators scheduled the upgrade as below.
Date : 29 November 2024
Start Time : 12.30 AM (IST)
Duration : 1.00 - 2.00 hours.

An upgrade to MySQL can take a while and will cause PHP scripts that rely on MySQL databases to stop working during the upgrade. Furthermore, several cPanel services will also be unavailable during this time. We advise you to stop working on any applications during this given time. We take database backups before the upgrade. However, it is always recommended that you have a database backup with you.
Once the database upgrade is completed, we will be doing the OS upgrade within next couple of days.
Please review your web sites after the upgrade and please let us know if any issues.
