Dear Customer,
As the currently installed Operating System (CloudLinux 7) on this server that your web site is hosted approaching its end of life, we are migrating accounts on this server to new hardware with a new operating system (CloudLinux 9).
Please find the migration window below.
Server: ENT/Web
Start Date: Saturday, 22 November 2024 from 8.00 PM
End Date: Sunday 24 November 2024 until 8.00 PM
No changes are necessary if the domain uses LANKAHOST name servers. If not please update your DNS records to the following Shared IP. Due to the volume of data we have in this server, we will be doing the migration in batches. We will send you another email once your account is migrated on new environment.
New Shared IP Address : 198.136.48.146
Please refrain from updating your web sites during above migration window. Once the migration is completed, please verify your site is working as expected and let us know if any issues.
