Maintenance Type: Due to recent issues affecting the switch in your cabinet at the data center, we will be setting up a new switch to resolve the problems and then swapping over connectivity. When this is completed, you should be able to expect more reliable services.
Estimated Downtime: We understand the importance of minimizing downtime while performing maintenance and for this reason we will do everything we can to expedite the procedure. As it stands now, we expect around 15 - 20 minutes of downtime for this to be completed.
