Mobitel Connectivity issue

If you are using internet through Mobitel, you might not be able to see your site or access emails since yesterday. (2018/05/29)

When we trace the connection path, we can see the traffic does not move from the middle.

We have already informed to the Mobitel and waiting for their resolution. There is nothing we can do until Mobitel resolve the connectivity issue in their end as above clearly explain, the traffic lost in the middle ( some where in the Europe)
