Power Distribution Unit (PDU) Replacement

Reason for Maintenance:
The PDU (Power Distribution Unit) within cabinet the server located is beginning to show signs of potential failure in the near future. Datacentre team has elected to replace the PDU proactively in order to mitigate any impact on services utilizing the PDU.

Action to be taken:
Datacentre team will be bringing the server offline and connecting it to the new PDU. Once this process is completed they’ll bring the server back online immediately.

Maintenance Window:
START - Thursday April 4th, 2019 @ 9:30 AM ( local time)
FINISH - Thursday April 4th, 2019 @ 11:30 AM ( local time)

Estimated amount of downtime:
We understand the importance of keeping your sites and services online, and the datacentre team will be working as quickly as possible to complete this task during the allotted window. As of now, system administrators are estimating approximately 2 hours of service unavailability.
